Bloom by Aneela is a home-based, small-batch soap studio run by Aneela Kamran in Karachi, Pakistan. All soaps are handmade to order using the melt-and-pour method.

• Every soap is made to order. Production begins after we verify your payment.
• Order confirmation is not a contract of sale. We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we cannot verify your details. You will receive a full refund in that case.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery fee is a flat PKR 350, and is free on orders of 2 or more soaps.
• Accepted payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer. All payments require you to upload a screenshot of the transfer at checkout.
• Prices, offers, and shipping fees may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Because each bar is poured, cured, and packaged by hand, small variations in colour, swirl, weight, or scent strength are normal and are not defects. Photos on the website are representative but every bar is unique.

• Our soaps use natural botanicals and essential oils. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a medical condition, please review the ingredient list on each product page and patch-test before regular use.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments.
• Keep out of eyes and away from children when handling.

The name "Bloom by Aneela", the logo, product photography, and website content are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

If you post a review, comment, or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our website and social channels. You confirm the content is yours and does not violate anyone else's rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
